Kids Kinetics

About

Kids Kinetics is designed to promote exercise and fitness amongst children between the ages of 4 and 6 years. Through a series of fun activities which focus on muscle development, ball and gymnastic skills, children are encouraged to be active and get moving. Kids Kinetics develops children’s cognitive and motor skills and establishes a good foundation on which they can develop their sporting skills. The (play) sessions are once a week for 30 minutes.

We can also assist and facilitate your Pre-primary schools sports days and aftercare facilities. We also run holiday clinics so keep an eye on our HOME page for upcoming clinics.

Term 1 – Motor development (balance, co-ordination, agility, visual perception, spatial orientation, reaction time.

Term 2 – Ball skills (hand-eye co-ordination, eye-foot co-ordination, intro to tennis, cricket, netball, hockey)

Term 3 – Acrobatic skills (gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, muscle endurance, motor planning)

Term 4 – Combine activities (children’s favourites)
